From counter to compliance — one tool.
POS, multi-branch stock, distributor schemes, WHT — built for Pakistani chemists and pharmacy chains.
Sound familiar?
The four headaches every chemist runs into.
Tracking expiry on every batch is brutal
Medicines come in batches with different expiry dates. Sell the wrong batch first and you'll be writing off cartons every quarter.
Distributor schemes change every month
One brand gives 10+1, another gives 5%, local rep gives flat 8%. Working out the real landed cost per strip is a Saturday night spreadsheet.
Schedule G / narcotics register by hand
DRAP wants logs. Inspector wants logs. You spend Sundays writing the same numbers into three different registers.
WHT on distributor invoices nobody claims
Every supplier invoice deducts WHT at source. By year-end you've forgotten which. Money sitting with FBR uncollected.
Made for the way you sell.
Categories tuned to a chemist's shelf
Group your catalogue by therapeutic class — Antibiotics, Cardiac, Vitamins, Insulin — so re-orders go to the right distributor automatically.
Multi-warehouse for main + branch
Run two branches from one screen. Transfer stock between branches; see who's running low on a fast-mover before they do.
Reorder alerts on fast-movers
Set a minimum on top sellers. Dashboard surfaces low-stock items so you call the rep before the customer asks for something you don't have.
POS optimised for over-the-counter
Scan a barcode, hold the order when a doctor walks in, resume after. Daily Z-report at closing time, ready to tally with the cash drawer.
Sales tax + WHT Pakistani-style
FBR 18% on medical devices, WHT Section 153 on supplier payments — all preset. The WHT Receivable report shows exactly how much you can claim back.
Customer ledger for credit-line patients
Repeat patients on monthly credit get a running statement. WhatsApp it to them with one tap when it's collection time.
Pharmacy FAQ
Does it handle batch / expiry tracking? +
Today we track stock by product + warehouse, with low-stock alerts on reorder level. Per-batch expiry tracking is on the roadmap — most pharmacies handle expiry via category + manual rotation today. Reach out and we'll prioritise based on demand.
Can I import my existing product list? +
Yes — upload an Excel/CSV with SKU, name, unit, cost, sale price, opening stock. We have a smart importer that handles currency symbols, thousands separators, and Roman Urdu boolean values.
What about distributor schemes (10+1, % schemes)? +
Record schemes as either extra free quantity on the purchase invoice or as a discount line — both flow into your average cost calculation correctly.
Is it really free for small pharmacies? +
Yes — the free plan covers 100 invoices/month and 3 users. A typical single-shop chemist fits comfortably under that with daily POS sales bundled into a Z-report rather than per-customer.
Run the shop, not the spreadsheets.
Free for single-shop chemists. Upgrade when you open the second branch.
